  • Foster a Recovery-Oriented Environment: Promote accountability, structure, and a sense of belonging within the residential community.
  • Ensure Compliance & Safety: Uphold all state regulations, including mandated reporting of suspected child abuse/neglect per M.G.L. Chapter 119, Section 51A.
  • Collaborate & Advocate: Represent GAAMHA and Sunrise Ridge in the community by networking with service providers and advocacy groups.
  • Assist in Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and referrals for patients facing crises.
  • Participate in Team-Based Care: Engage in weekly staff meetings, case conferences, and program development initiatives.

What Sets You Apart
  •  Experience & Credentials: At least two years in a residential treatment setting; CADC or LADC eligibility required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Recovery-Oriented Perspective: If in recovery, you have a minimum of two years of continuous sobriety and a strong understanding of multiple pathways to recovery.
  • Strong Communication & Advocacy Skills: You excel at building trust, fostering connections, and advocating for the needs of women in recovery.
  • Tech-Savvy & Organized: Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based platforms for documentation and scheduling.
  • Commitment to Confidentiality: You uphold HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 privacy regulations with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Ability to assist with transportation as needed.
  • Clear Background Checks: Must pass a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) check and an Adam Walsh/Child Protective Services Background Check.
